We are independent children's services specialists successfully working with many and varied children's organisations and local safeguarding children boards across the UK. Operating for over ten years we have a well established reputation.

We do not aim to be the biggest organisation working with children's services, but do aspire to remain very good in the work and advice we provide. We keep our overheads as low as possible. Our accountability is to our customers and clients.

We are passionate about helping practitioners, policy makers and managers undertake some of the most difficult work in the UK. We all have many years of experience of working in services and partnerships. We describe the range of work we do on other pages. We have a particular depth of knowledge and experience in relation to safeguarding, children with special needs, personalised and transition planning, practice case analysis, assessment and looked after children.

Our services include undertaking work with serious case reviews, training and development, working with services and LSCBs on self evaluations. We undertake discrete work such as investigations of complaints and mentoring. Please see our other pages for more information.

All associates have professional qualifications, are registered with relevant professional bodies and are subject of CRB checks. They are indemnified for professional and public liability.
